Let's Horse around.....
ok, disclaimer....i have nothing against animals.
i am glad the barbaro saga is in the books, and done with. IT'S A HORSE. sure, he won a triple crown race, and could have, i repeat could have, gone down as one of the greats had he not broke his leg. what good is a lame horse? he endured more pain staying alive than being euthanized. we all know that's what they do when a horse breaks his leg. they kill him/her! why didn't they do that in the first place? did he have the cure for cancer hidden somewhere in his body? doubt it. was he a great intellectual who could communicate through words with human beings? nope. was he ever going to do anything again, other than be studded out to the highest bidder giving new meaning to the word HORse. certainly not.
sorry about that. needless to say i will not be sending a card.
