Camp...
So yeah, July 15-21 I was at Lake Champion with 21 of my closest friends for the best week of our lives. It was crazy fun. Very different to be the "trip leader" what with all the responsibility that requires. I think I did the job well. Hard to believe around this time last year the fire in my heart was ingnited to leave Kansas and the comforts of home. The Lord has changed my life for the better, for eternity, by leading me to a new home.
I am glad I didn't miss it:

for what it's worth, I'm glad you didn't miss it either! matt left tonight to take kids to windy gap - the first time in 10 years I've seen the bus off instead of being on it.... although i wasn't really wanting to make a 20 hour bus trip 9 months pregnant, but still a hard moment... i love that we are both in the world of yl - in a non-awkward way, i feel more bonded to you!
it's wonderful to hear that being so obedient has been a blessing. you're awesome, jay.
